Dru relocated to Naples from Dayton Ohio in 1976.The islands of Sanibel and Captiva became Dru’s first Florida place of residence. Her real estate sales career began on the islands in 1980 and she expanded into Naples and Bonita Springs in 1989. Luxury living in the form of waterfront homes and beachfront highrises have been her specialty since her arrival to Naples. With nearly three decades in the industry and her personal preference of a waterfront, beach and boating lifestyle, Dru is able to provide clients with extensive knowledge of real estate in Naples and Bonita Springs. Uncompromisingly honest, Dru offers her clients the most thorough and up-to-date information, she strives to ease and elucidate every aspect of a given deal.

James hails from northeastern Ohio and is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a degree in Political Science and Business Administration. From 1999 to 2005 he owned and operated many logistics, trucking and transport companies. Since becoming a licensed realtor in 2005 James has been a top producer receiving accolades ever year for being in the top 5% of sales professionals, top 1% of sales professionals at his brokerage, and for his role on top producing teams. James is actively involved in the real estate community and sits on the Naples Area Board of Realtors Legal Resources & Professional Standard Committee.

Greg moved to Naples from Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1980. Greg has been a real estate professional in Naples since 1980 and has specialized in the areas most desirable golf and boating communities. Greg's area of expertise in golf and waterfront home sites as well as new construction stems from working 24 years for one of our areas leading developers. Along with investigating potential transactions, Greg is always astute to the complexities of an ever-changing landscape. "The deal is never more important than the client," he insists. A testament to both his philosophy and integrity.

Milt joined the real estate industry in SW FL over 15 yrs. ago. During that time he has developed a vast working knowledge of the market for both buyers and sellers. Much of that time was spent working for one of the area's most successful developers of golf course communities and as a result Milt is intimately aware of what to look for and also to be wary of when picking a luxury community. When working with clients Milt uses two simple ideas as the foundation of the relationship; total honesty and hard work. By doing this he has developed numerous long-lasting friendships with his clients who continue to contact him when they have a question about the market or want to help a friend find a home.
